• Standard Delivery:
  • Under $1,000: $99
  • Mattress set only (includes old mattress removal): $99
  • $1,000–$2,000: $169
  • Over $2,000: $269
• Enhanced Delivery: Includes furniture removal ($469)
• Premium Delivery: Enhanced service + flexible scheduling ($569)
• Warehouse Transfer Fee: $69 (to local store)
• Free Pickup: Available at select locations

Delivery Process

• Tracking: Receive notifications via text/email with a 3-hour delivery window.
• Preparation:
  • Ensure someone over 18 is present.
  • Clear pathways and measure doorways/elevators for furniture fit.
  • Report damages within 24 hours of delivery.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $110 + tax fee.
• Store credit issued (minus delivery fees) if delivery cannot be completed.

In-Stock vs. Out-of-Stock Items

• In-Stock: Full payment required; delivery within 30 days.
• Out-of-Stock: 50% deposit; notified upon arrival for full payment.
